Masinga Dam resort is located in Machakos county 152 Kms from Nairobi, 107 Kms from Thika and 72 Kms from Embu

Bibs
The participant bibs will be issued on Saturday 27th July 2019 from 2 PM and Sunday 28th July 2019 between 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM at the venue

7:45 AM – 8:00 AM – Race briefing and warm up
8:05 AM – 40 Kms, 26 Kms MTB and 13Kms MTB start
8:10 AM – 26 Kms trail run start
8:15 AM – 13 Kms trail run start
8:20AM – 5Kms trail run start
